Cindy is a great person, and is willing to work with you and gets your orders out very fast and if there is any hold up she keeps you up to date about the item and forwards the information on to you as to why the hold up. As with the small score-it when the delay was from china and all their problems. I do not know of any other on line store that will do that. She is great and always there to help you out.
