Payments
You have many payment options available. I accept Visa, Mastercard,
Discover, Paypal, and personal checks or money orders.
Note: I will not ship orders paid for with a check until
the check has cleared.
I have NO CONTROL over Paypal when you pay you
card or bank account amount is deducted.
We DO NOT store your credit card information to
protect your security. Shop and pay with confidence.
Please NOTE your credit card is charged IN FULL
FOR THE ENTIRE ORDER
when the first item on the order is shipped NOT when
the order is placed. If there are multiple shipments
(preorders/backorders) you will have prepaid
for the items when the first item shipped.
WHEN PLACING PREORDERS your card is NOT charged
until the FIRST item on Preorder ships!
Shipping
WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY!!!!!!
(Because of customs forms I have to drive
these to the post office to hand deliver, there
is a gas charge included in shipping)
All orders are shipped within 72 hours (except pre-orders/backorders) MOST
all orders are shipped the same or next day the order
is placed! I pride myself on this!
If an item is backordered it will usually only be a week until
that item ships normally.
I offer many shipping options. USPS or UPS.
I suggest UPS because the tracking and insurance is included
however I understand USPS is more economical for some people.
(the ones with more patience :)
In order to get your items to you the fastest way possible
I reserve the right to send partial order items individually out to you
first class/parcel/media in order to put those
items in your hands quickly and not hold
up the whole order for one or two items!!!
Of course its more costly to me to do it this
but I want you to be a satisfied customer!
IF UPS is around the same price as USPS, I will choose
that for you automatically because of the
included insurance and awesome tracking
IF I can fit your order in a FLAT RATE BOX
I will do that as well and refund the difference in shipping!
NOTE: Please be aware I am NOT resposible for items
lost, broken, or damaged if you chose NOT to purchase insurance
with USPS.
Returns
Returns are gladly accepted in original packaging within 14 days.
Returns are at your shipping expense and you will be
refunded the full purchase price less
shipping. There are NO re-stocking fees.
Pre Orders
When New Items are introduced I offer preorders on
these new items. Stock can become a problem and are
often in limited supply. Pre ordering your items guarantee you
get one out of my first shipment & I ship your item(s) to you
the moment the NEW product arrives.
I always keep up with the Newest, Latest, and Greatest.
You will see PREORDER under the description for
these items.
Out of Stock/Backordered Items
Should you place an order for an item that
is out of stock/backordered, it will ship immediatly upon
me receiving it. If you have multiple items on the same order as
the out of stock/backordered the items in stock
will ship immediatly and
the out ot stock/backordered item(s) will ship when available.
Backorders only occur when I sell an item out in the store
the same day you place an order for that item and my inventory
has not updated for that day. I immediatly reorder and ship
that item within a week!
